How the process works

We write the content, load it into your account, and schedule it. It's automatic, every week, without you having to think about it.

That's the whole process. You're not approving drafts every week or making copy decisions. You just need to check in once a month.

Brand voice intake. You sign up and complete a short brand voice intake. We use it to build a document that captures how you talk, who you serve, and what you want patients to feel when they find you online. (Existing Harmony Ops clients skip this step.)

Sending photos. You send us a set of photos from your practice (a one-time upload to start, add more anytime). They don't have to be fancy, just real photos of you, your staff if you have any, and your practice.

Weekly production. Each week we produce three posts: one carousel and two static graphics, with captions written using your voice document and formatted for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Automatic scheduling. Posts are loaded directly into your Harmony Ops account and scheduled to go out automatically for optimal timing.

Monthly review. At the end of each month, we send a performance report. Before the next month, you have one round of edits for the next batch of posts.

Frequently asked questions

Will it actually sound like me?

That's the whole point of the brand voice intake. Before we write a single post, we build a document that captures how you talk, who you're trying to reach, and what you want patients to feel when they find you online. Every post is written from that document. If something comes back sounding off, you can correct it during the monthly revision round.

I'm not comfortable with someone else speaking for me publicly. How do you handle that?

You see everything before it goes out. We review content internally first, then deliver it to you for review. Nothing gets scheduled until your review period closes. If something does not feel right, you request edits and we fix it.

What if I don't have good photos?

You don't need a professional photoshoot. Candid photos from your practice, your phone, even a few headshots go a long way. We'll tell you what we need and what works. If your photo set is very limited we will let you know before content production starts rather than after.

What platforms does this cover?

Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Posts are formatted specifically for each platform, not the same caption copy-pasted three times.

What is a carousel post?

A carousel is a multi-image post where each slide contains a piece of content, usually educational or storytelling. On Instagram and Facebook users swipe through the slides. They tend to get stronger reach and saves than single-image posts, which is why we include one per week.

Do I need to already be on GoHighLevel?

No. Done for You DPC Socials is delivered through your Harmony Ops account. If you're not yet a Harmony Ops client, your setup fee covers getting your account configured alongside your brand voice document. If you are already on the Growth Plan, Early Practice Plan, or the Social Planne , your account is already active and no setup fee applies.

What happens if I want to post something myself in between?

Go ahead. Your Harmony Ops social planner is your account. You can add posts anytime. We schedule our three posts per week and anything you add on your own sits alongside them in the queue.

Can I pause the service if I need to?

Pausing is not currently offered. You can cancel at the end of any billing period and rejoin when you are ready. If there is a specific situation, reach out and we'll figure it out.

What if I want more than three posts a week?

Reach out and we can discuss. Three posts per week is the standard cadence and is enough to maintain consistent visibility for most DPC practices. More volume isn't always better, especially if the posts aren't quality content that sound like you.

I already did the Sprint. Do I have to do anything to get started?

No setup fee and no intake form. Your brand voice document is already on file. Send us your photo set and we get started within five business days.
